I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state and I have been working as a therapist since 2017. It's an honor providing a space for my clients to feel safe enough to bring all parts of themselves - even the parts that feel shameful or scary - to sessions.
It is a life-long journey and commitment of mine to unlearn and examine my understanding of the world and my privileges. I'm driven and motivated by the complexities of life, the act of holding multiple truths and living life authentically - even when it's an act of resistance.
When I'm not working, you will find me parenting (see: chasing) my two young children. I enjoy listening to podcasts, attempting to read novels and memoirs (see: children), and finding and making art.
